DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced controller to join our team. This position will work with all our companies, Graham Rahal Performance, Rahal Ducati Indianapolis, Rahal Ducati Cleveland, Rahal Paint Protection, Rahal Paint Protection Cleveland, Rahal Piaggio, Rahal Ducato Moto, and related real estate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Forecasting and budgeting for each entity.
• Reconciliations of monthly accounting statements and keeping accurate accounting books
• Keep general managers and owner informed of all trends and cash flows
• Manage day-to-day accounting for each location to ensure transactions are recorded in compliance with procedures and processes.
• Manage internal controls related to accounting and ensure team is following them
• Review operational ratios and operating costs routinely.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous dealership accounting experience 5-10 years
• Dealership and other accounting system experience (QB, Tekion, LightSpeed) preferred.
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Organization skills

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday
• 9 hour shift including one hour lunch
• Day shift 8:00am to 5:00pm
